For our client in the Pharma industry in Basel, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant.
Background:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Product Team Lead (PTL) and Product Team (PT) in daily operations. This role will involve a variety of tasks that extend beyond traditional administrative support. The company will provide necessary on-site training; however, a scientific mindset and understanding are essential.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
* PTL/PT Support:
* Provide general administrative support, including coordinating projects and organizing PTL and PT meetings: invitations, time planning, and other cross-functional meetings as requested.
* Prepare and maintain PT documentation, tracking, and filing.
* Maintain a well-structured filing system that is easy to navigate.
* Manage PTL travel and expenses.
* Handle invoices and purchase orders (POs) as needed.
* Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and resource allocation.
* Support system and database management (e.g., SharePoint, Prompt, Brave) by accurately inputting data and ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
* Process communications such as newsletters and announcements as requested.
* Maintain security groups and distribution lists.
* Provide on-site support at the Basel location.
Your Profile:
* Preferred background in business management and/or science education.
* Proficiency in English; German is a nice-to-have.
* Previous experience in project management is preferred but not required.
* Recent graduates with a science background are also encouraged to apply; flexibility is offered in this regard.
