Key Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you process and follow up on customer complaints within the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO13485, MDSAP, and 21CFR part 820 standards. You manage documentation and provide training for new employees, coordinate complaint investigations, and track relevant indicators. You also participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the RAQA team in routine activities to ensure business continuity.

* Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard software tools
* Fluent in written and spoken French and English
* Detail-oriented and rigorous

Education & Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or equivalent (CFC / BTS)
Professional Experience
1 year of professional experience in Quality Assurance. Medical Devices / Pharmaceuticals company would be a plus.
* Confident working with quality standards and knowledge of GMP environment
