We are currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join our Nestlé Waters team.
Type of contract: Permanent
Responsibilities of the Assistant Brand Manager include:
1. Assist in the development and follow-up of execution plans for brands and categories, including product, channels, portfolio, I&R initiatives, and execution enablers.
2. Develop local communication execution guidelines aligned with global Brand Communication Frameworks and guidelines.
3. Assist in creating online and offline customer and consumer communication at points of consumption, aligned with the consumer journey.
4. Develop promotional toolkits and activity calendars.
5. Assist in developing category training materials such as Commercial Value Propositions and product knowledge.
6. Follow up on PFME plans and measure ROI.
7. Support the execution of digital strategies.
8. Support I&R projects.
In terms of business and operations management, the role involves:
1. Managing category business plans and KPIs (NNS, RIG/OG, MC, OP1), including monthly performance reviews and corrective actions.
2. Tracking competitor activity and developing counter strategies.
3. Supporting the development and implementation of activity calendars.
Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience managing projects across strategy, positioning, creative/media/PR/social media, agency and budget management.
* Ability to analyze and leverage data effectively.
* Experience in market research and supporting brand plans within the Integrated Commercial Planning Process.
* Experience with packaging design and digitalization of brands.
* Minimum 1 year experience in brand/marketing management for well-known brands.
* Relevant experience in FMCG, Retail, or Food & Beverage sectors.
* Passion for marketing management; SAP knowledge is a plus.
* Fluency in English.
* Experience analyzing Nielsen and Ipsos reports is advantageous.
* Strong interest in digital marketing and e-commerce.
* Excellent project and time management skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data for strategic decision-making.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
