Job Description:
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality human resources support across the full employee lifecycle. This includes overseeing the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to departure, ensuring accurate HR data and documentation. Additionally, you will administer and support recruitment processes, manage the full recruitment cycle, organize and facilitate employee onboarding and training sessions, and advise employees on HR processes and insurance matters.
Key responsibilities include coordinating monthly payroll data collection, managing time-tracking administration, drafting general HR documents, updating the organizational chart, contributing to fostering a positive company culture, supporting employee relations, and participating in HR projects and process improvements.
You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure smooth HR operations and compliance with Swiss legislation and internal policies. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional HR support and services to employees, promoting a respectful and supportive environment. -----------------------------------
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess a solid background in HR administration, ideally gained in an international environment. A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience, including administration, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee event organization, is essential. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of Swiss labor law, social security, taxation, and employment-related processes. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, and experience with an HRIS is highly valued. Excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as customer-oriented and empathetic approach, are vital for success in this role. -----------------------------------
