We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a German-Speaking Data Entry Specialist for Declaration and Customs Clearance .
Preparing and processing customs declarations and documentation for our clients.
Independent work in the field of customs clearance.
Providing telephone and written advice to new and existing customers on customs matters, along with handling customs clearance orders.
Requesting necessary information and documents from clients.
Assisting walk-in customers at the counter on site.
Advising clients on customs regulations and procedures.
Processing orders in the area of import / export including, tariffing
Handling client inquiries and correspondence.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally from a German-speaking country or in German language.
Previous experience as a customs declarant, freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, or in data entry.
Advanced knowledge in German (oral and written) .
Thorough and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with customs software and relevant processes.
Minimum 1 year in Logistics.
