Senior Loan Processing Specialist: Homeownership Opportunities
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Closer to join our team. As a key player in the loan manufacturing process, you will ensure accuracy, care, and understanding for every borrower's journey towards homeownership. You will be responsible for auditing mortgage loan files, managing daily pipelines, and coordinating funding authorization with title companies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Audit mortgage loan files for compliance inaccuracies according to internal, investor, and federal overlays
* Manage a daily pipeline while adhering to strict deadlines
* Audit incoming loans to closing, balance Closing Disclosures, and give the green light for closing to occur
* Review executed closing packages and coordinate funding authorization with title companies
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
* 2-year college degree or commensurate mortgage experience
* 5+ years of recent Residential Mortgage Closing experience
* Experience closing 60+ loans monthly
* Demonstrated history of meeting closing deadlines
* Working knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA and DPA programs
* Experience with traditional closings, mail-away, e-Closings
Technology Requirements
* Encompass experience is required
