Your tasks
* Drive new customer acquisition and strategically position our cybersecurity portfolio in Switzerland and selected international markets
* Build, manage, and expand long‑term customer relationships, with a focus on sustainable growth
* Coordinate and respond to RFPs/RFIs in close collaboration with Presales Consultants
* Prepare professional proposals, maintain CRM data, and ensure commercial accuracy
* Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers
* Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends
* Represent the company at conferences, events, and targeted marketing initiatives
Your skills
* At least 2 years of professional experience in sales at an IT service provider, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity
* Target‑driven, autonomous, and highly organized
* Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities
* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
* Proficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedback
* Fluency in French and English (C1); German is a plus
