In 2018, our Swiss tech company KEMARO AG launched the world’s first autonomous dry‑cleaning robot for industrial use – the K900. We strive to revolutionize logistics and industrial cleaning worldwide.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) – 80–100%.
Your Mission
* Customer Journey & Onboarding: Guide customers from installation through long‑term use and ensure they achieve maximum value from our robots.
* Partner Enablement: Train and motivate our global sales partners so they can act as experts for our robotic solutions.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of robot fleets (e.g., via KEMARO Sphere) and proactively respond to deviations.
* Content Creation: Create clear, professional, and visually appealing instructional content (video, text, graphics).
* Customer Insights: Collect valuable user feedback and pass it on to R&D to continuously improve products.
* Growth: Identify upselling opportunities (consumables or additional robots) and support renewal of service contracts.
