For our renowned client in theInsurance industry, we are looking for an experiencedDelivery Manager for a major transformation project, ensuring Technology aspects of the sale/run-off go smoothly, with all people, processes, systems and regulations considered and respected.

* Pensum: 100%, 41.25h/week

Your Mission:
* Contribute to the hands-on delivery of transformation activities across exiting business units
* Maintain stable operations while planning and supporting transitions to external entities
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners under existing support agreements
* Align personal and team objectives with overall program KPIs and deliverables
* Collaborate daily with team members based in Zurich, London, and Hoofddorp, using Teams, email, and in-person meetings
* Communicate clearly and effectively across multiple channels to drive progress and resolve issues
* Travel occasionally, as needed, to support transition and collaboration efforts
Requirements
Your Profile:
* Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in transformation programs, business operations, or technology delivery
* Proven track record of hands-on delivery – this is not a management-only, but for a do-er
* Strong collaboration ethic and ability to work independently across virtual teams
* Highly organized with the ability to plan effectively and manage multiple workstreams
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Degree-level education or relevant professional qualification preferred
