Role Overview & Purpose
Reporting to the EMEI Wholesale, Franchise, and Global Etailer Director, the Wholesale Account Executive manages and grows selective distribution across multi-brand and department stores. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing brand visibility, and maintaining strong wholesale partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Management of wholesale distribution within assigned territory.
* Develop and implement a 3-year strategic plan and OTS.
* Identify and onboard new points of sale.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
* Provide merchandising insights to HQ in Paris.
* Present seasonal collections and manage order intake in line with brand guidelines.
* Ensure brand presentation standards in-store.
* Conduct competitive analysis on products, pricing, and displays.
* Coordinate with logistics and finance on deliveries and payments.
* Plan and execute client events and training sessions.
Skills and Requirements:
Technical:
* Degree Educated
* 5 years of proven experience in the Luxury industry
* Excellent knowledge of the MS Office computer environment (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* Fluent in Italian & English, French would be a plus
Soft skills:
* Commercial, sales driven approach is essential
* Result-oriented
* Ability to multi-task, plan and manage time and resources, establish priorities and manage deadlines
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Adaptable, flexible, and autonomous
* Strong brand awareness and passionate about the world of fashion and luxury
* Exceptional communication (oral and written) and strong interpersonal skills
* Motivated and committed with a ‘can do’ positive attitude. Enthusiastic, with an ongoing commitment to achieving high quality results
