Your contribution to KPMG
Provide support and guidance for the processing of equity and incentive award payroll calculations and instructions, utilizing our advanced, flexible platform.
Ensure all activities are compliant with payroll regulations and service level agreements, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of client satisfaction.
Lead the strategic coordination of information exchange between KPMG member firms, ensuring our data is current, precise, and relevant.
Guarantee the delivery of accurate data to clients within specified timelines, maintaining the highest standards of service quality.
Serve as the principal contact for client interactions, providing support, managing relationships with third-party vendors, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Oversee the development and testing of our market-leading tool, ensuring it adapts to evolving client needs.
Support global marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
Mentor and support junior team members to foster their professional growth.
This is what makes you successful
Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
Results-oriented with a strong service focus and high numerical aptitude.
Ability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
Understanding of income tax and payroll legislation related to incentive compensation, ideally in at least two of the following: the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in consulting or tax services.
