Your responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Senior Manager of Technology and Operations, you will execute a range of initiatives to support the team’s operational framework. Key responsibilities include:
Team Operations- Coordinate day-to-day operations within the Content & Owned Media team.
* Maintain and optimize planning tools (e.g., SharePoint) and implement automation to improve workflows.
* Identify process bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
* Build strong cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration.
AI & Generative AI Adoption- Support the adoption of AI and GenAI tools across the function, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Coordinate the review of AI/GenAI business cases, maintain dashboards, and support the Global Comms teams with submissions.
* Assist in organizing training sessions on new technologies, including AI, DAM systems, and related tools.
* Keep relevant SharePoint pages, including those related to AI and Content & Owned Media, up to date.
Technology Enablement- Manage front-end and back-end operations of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to ensure seamless functionality.
* Lead technology adoption and process improvement projects.
* Design and implement operational tools, templates, and SharePoint site structures tailored to team needs.
* Monitor licenses, subscriptions, and storage quotas for MS SharePoint and other tools.

* Proficiency with digital tools and systems (MS 365, SharePoint, DAM, etc.)
* Solid understanding of AI technologies and their practical integration into workflows
Required experience:
* Proven experience coordinating team operations and streamlining processes
* Background in managing content/media-related operational frameworks
* Hands-on experience with planning tools and technology integration
* Experience supporting AI and GenAI adoption and maintaining relevant dashboards
* Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical stakeholders
* Proactive mindset with a strong problem-solving orientation and a passion for leveraging technology
