Requirements:
* 8–12 years of experience in infrastructure investing or M&A, with exposure to direct and co-investment strategies, driving value creation and financial returns.
* Strong execution capability across infrastructure sub-sectors, leveraging expertise and best practices.
* Familiarity with governance structures, SPA/SHA negotiation, and minority stakes, navigating complex regulatory environments.
* Sound commercial judgement and ability to work autonomously in lean settings, making informed decisions and adapting to change.
* Pragmatic approach aligned with long-term institutional value, prioritizing sustainability and social responsibility.
* Fluency in English is essential, German language skills highly desirable, facilitating communication and collaboration across borders.
