Area Sales Manager / Agent
Scope: Zurich area - Remote role
Contract: 7 months: 1st of May – 30th of November 2026
Main activities
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Prepare and execute a sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets, following the recommended cycle visit plan.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Keep detailed records of all customer interactions: sales, communication, events, transactions, presentations on our CRM platform.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Identify and target potential clients.
Set up and conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate HCPs on the benefits and usage of our products.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
Stay up to date with advancements in medical technology and any changes in regulations that may affect the use of medical devices.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or related field in the Aesthetic / Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry.
Strong verbal and written communication to convey value propositions, negotiate, and resolve conflicts.
Ability to understand complex medical and technical information and convey it effectively to clients.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Good command of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in English, German, any other European language is a plus.
