Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or in an equivalent role within the banking industry, with a strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
* Excellent coordination skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong communication skills, comfortable giving and receiving feedback, with the ability to explain ideas clearly and logically.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Interest or experience in the financial domain and digital assets / crypto.
* Autonomously analyze the needs of various business departments.
* Conduct competitor analysis and feasibility studies.
* Prepare functional documentation and coordinate between technical and business stakeholders.
* Act as the main contact for external partners.
* Design, develop, and establish key reporting standards.
