Experis supports an industrial client based in Geneva in a large-scale project and is looking for a Business Analyst SAP FICO - S/4 HANA Project.
You will play a key role at the heart of the transition to SAP S/4 HANA, acting as a functional expert in FI/CO.
You will be responsible for the quality, consistency, and evolution of financial and analytical processes.
Responsibilities include actively participating in the S/4 HANA project, including needs analysis, process redesign, and adoption of new SAP Finance standards.
You will handle incidents, support, and developments of the FI/CO module.
Optimize interfaces, workflows, and financial flows to align the entire SAP scope with S/4 HANA standards.
Collaborate with Finance and Controlling teams to structure analytical axes, harmonize processes, and maintain account plans.
Produce and update functional documentation.
Contribute to technology monitoring (OSS notes, security requirements, SAP developments).
Desired profile: Minimum of 5 years of experience as SAP FI/CO consultant.
Previous experience in the industry in Switzerland with advanced knowledge of SAP FI and SAP CO modules, with a necessary ability to customize FI and CO.
Proven experience in a S/4 HANA project.
Excellent understanding of closing processes, analytical reporting, and financial cycles.
Ability to analyze and model complex processes and propose innovative solutions.
Excellent service orientation and teaching skills.
