To strengthen the technical team of our client, a Swiss IT technology company, we are looking for a: FUNCTIONAL IT-FINANCE CONSULTANT (M/F) Mission: You will assist financial departments (CFO, Accounting, Management Control) in the optimization of their processes, from needs analysis to the deployment of their management tool.Responsibilities:- Scope: Gather requirements from decision-makers (CEO, CFO) and translate their business challenges into deployment.- Deployment: Configure financial modules (accounting, analytical) and coordinate specific developments.- Ensure the reliability of financial flows and compliance with accounting standards (French GAAP, IFRS).- Adoption: Train client teams, oversee the launch (Go-live) and ensure follow-up.Requirements:- Higher education in Finance and/or a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in similar roles within an audit firm and a technology company.- Mastery of Finance & Accounting environments (accounting, suppliers/customers, treasury, analytical accounting…).- ERP Tools: Good command of the Microsoft 365 Dynamics Finance & Operations environment.- Ability to work with multiple decision-makers (CEO, CFO, IT Department…).- Languages: French with a very good level of English. German is a plus.Location: Based in Geneva, with regular travel to clients in French-speaking Switzerland. Permanent position at 100%. Start: March 1st (or to be agreed upon).
