Overview

Account Executive B2B SaaS - Europe Region (100%). Spacewise is an innovative proptech startup headquartered in Zurich, revolutionizing how commercial landlords manage, market and rent portfolios and spaces online and operating the premier online marketplace for pop-up and promotional spaces. We empower brands and tenants to search, evaluate, and book locations for events, pop-ups, and promotions, and provide landlords with tools for seamless shop space management. Our platform is trusted by major names like Migros, Coop, SBB, Swiss Post, and Wincasa.

Responsibilities

* Manage your portfolio of accounts: Collaborate with your SDR to generate interest and drive product adoption. Lead pilot projects with the customer success team, secure long-term contracts, and guide the sales process to close multi-year and high-value deals
* Carry out all sales activities: Engage in calls, social media interactions, online demos, in-person meetings, negotiations, and presentations to move prospects through the sales pipeline
* Collaborate with internal teams: Leverage internal resources and insights, work with marketing, customer success, and product teams to support sales initiatives
* Solution selling: Understand clients’ challenges and business goals; present Spacewise’s solutions and services that align with their needs
* Participate in industry events: Build your professional network and promote our company
* Maintain precise records of customer interactions: Manage your sales pipeline, forecast sales, and provide regular reports to management
* Achieve revenue goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
* Customer onboarding and support: Assist new customers with onboarding and act as a point of contact until transitioned to Customer Success
* Upselling & Cross-selling: Maintain relationships to ensure renewals and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
* Market research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies


Requirements

* Over 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, closing complex, high-value deals exceeding €100k annually
* A hunter mindset; proactive approach to pursuing new business and growth
* Fast-paced work style, ability to perform under pressure
* Strong storytelling and data-driven persuasion
* Strategic, curious, and creative thinker with a track record of innovative solutions
* Proven ability to develop a robust sales pipeline
* Motivated communicator with strong determination and diplomatic skills
* Location and language: Based in Switzerland; fluent in native German and professional English; French is a plus
