Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Design Team Leader for a full‑time, on‑site position based in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, you will oversee and guide the design team to develop and execute facade engineering solutions for our projects.
Responsibilities
Manage design workflows and coordinate resources.
Ensure project timelines and quality standards.
Liaise with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Drive innovation and maintain a high level of technical excellence in design processes.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in facade design, engineering principles, and construction project management
Proficiency in relevant design and engineering software such as AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, or similar tools
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a diverse team
Proven experience in coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes
Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively in international settings
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the facade industry and knowledge of CE certification processes are highly desirable
