Finance Operations & Revenue Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and quick‑learning individual with a global mindset to help with our daily finance operations as well as Lausanne office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance
Own Accounting Receivable and order‑to‑remittance operations, including billing, cash collection, bookkeeping and revenue recognition across our global footprint. Execute, monitor and control the accounts payable process, including close collaboration with trustees for payroll and other creditor payments. Assist in monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting adjustment and closure with trustees and the Finance Manager. Own grant cost reporting. Other basic bookkeeping tasks per business needs. Maintain and update revenue reporting, monthly Profit and Loss, and monthly cash balance. Assist with various other financial operations tasks as per evolving business needs.
Office Administration
Handle occasional office administration tasks, including but not limited to answering office phone calls, letter collection & distribution, managing shipments to partners, document archiving, and team‑building coordination.

Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree from a university or equivalent
