Role Overview
This role involves overseeing the execution of multiple large-scale pharmaceutical events, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail, budget management, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all aspects of event projects from briefing to delivery, including logistics and content creation.
* Support various teams working on an event and ensure adherence to client operational standards, tools, and processes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
* Maintain timelines and monitor event budgets.
* Provide support to senior team members.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in event project management within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
* Specialization in logistical events.
* Familiarity with Delegate Management Tools (CVent).
* Exceptional attention to detail and process-driven approach.
* Experience in creating, managing, and consolidating budgets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
Desirable Skills
* Background in marketing, communications, or media.
* Knowledge of additional languages.
* Event Agency experience.
