From day one you will contribute to materials that drive revenue and visibility; as you progress, you'll take on more responsibility across campaigns and partner accounts, with the opportunity to own defined projects end-to-end. Your key responsibilities include: Support sales with updated presentations, rate sheets and a clean partner database/CRM—contributing to proposals and seasonal offers. Liaise with PR agencies, travel advisors and media; coordinate & host FAM/press visits with timely follow-ups. Assist in planning photoshoots, events and special collaborations (timelines, checklists, logistics). Capture & curate images and short videos for social, newsletters and website; maintain an organised digital asset library (photo/video/press). Prepare & schedule social media posts in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice. Support the creation of newsletters, press kits and marketing collateral with consistent brand messaging. Monitor engagement and compile clear analytics snapshots for marketing/PR campaigns, highlighting next steps. Provide structured admin support across projects (files, minutes, POs, version control).
