PpbDescription /b /p /p pbChange Enablement Partner /b /ppbOpportunity /b /pp• As a strategic Change Enablement Leader, the role is centered around enabling and driving transformation at a higher level within the organizationbr/• Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, release man-agement planning and deploymentsbr/• Operate as an internal service provider for the realization of the product roadmaps.br/• Serve as a senior point of escalation for change enablement and act as the executive relation-ship manager for key strategic partners.br/• Provide strategic partnership and executive leadership support on change enablement for the function and programs led by the functionbr/• Drive and support engagement to align different stakeholders with the organization’s vision and goals during change, ensuring everyone is on the same page /ppbJob Responsibilities /b /ppbChange Strategy Execution /b /pp• Create and implement tailored change strategies for all activities and assigned projects to the highest standard, leveraging dynamic assets, media and AI supported deliverables.br/• Maintain and deliver against our best-in-class change strategybr/• Identify and implement improvements to change process, practices and toolsbr/• Create and implement tailored change management strategies and plans that maximize buy in, adoption, trust and minimize resistance. /ppbStakeholder Management Engagement /b /pp• Seek and maintain productive business relationships across DDT and Takeda and with out-side partners to create an ongoing flow of relevant, interesting, and timely communication on digital topicsbr/• Maintain existing and activate new communications channels that highlight Takeda digital op-portunities, accomplishments, and strategybr/• Conduct stakeholder impact analysis, assess change readiness, and develop change plans that drive successful adoptionbr/• Identify and manage change champions to drive adoptionbr/• Identify and engage key stakeholders, ensuring their support and addressing their concerns throughout the transformation process.br/• Develop change management processes and tools to support the adoption of the changes re-quired by DDT projects or initiativesbr/• Champion and drive change management within the organization and related projectsbr/• Serve as a senior point of escalation for change management. /ppbLeadership Governance /b /pp• Provide guidance on best practice as required to junior team members and members assigned to programs in the functionbr/• Leadership Alignment: Ensure that the leadership team is aligned and committed to the change goals and supports the change initiatives.br/• Oversee delivery of best-in-class change management communication strategiesbr/• Manage communications and training analysts to deliver on change management plansbr/• As a member of the Culture Engagement team support other team activities as needed /ppbCommunication, Enablement Adoption /b /pp• Employee/User Enablement - Ensure both in communication and training the use of emerging and innovative technologies and methodologiesbr/• Monitor and Measure Progress: Track the progress of change enablement initiatives, using metrics and feedback to measure success and make necessary adjustments.br/• Remain current on digital and emerging technologies and trends /ppbTransformation Support Advisory /b /pp• Influence and lead change management for product developments, services, release man-agement planning and deploymentsbr/• Operate as an internal service provider for the realization of the product roadmaps.br/• Provide strategic partnership and executive leadership support on change enablement for the function and programs led by the functionbr/• Act as a senior point of escalation for change enablement and act as the executive relation-ship manager for key strategic partners.br/• Drive and support engagement to align different stakeholders with the organization’s vision and goals during change, ensuring everyone is on the same page /ppbJob Requirements /b /pp• Appropriate Bachelor’s in related specialization area (e.g. Communications, I/O Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources) is essential.br/• 10+ years of experience in an area of Communications or Organizational Change Manage-mentbr/• Communication – ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persua-sive and appropriate manner.br/• Analytical Skills – ability to analyze a wide variety of data and make appropriate decisions.br/• Experience in managing multiple stakeholders, change networksbr/• Experience in change management for Digital/Technology products.br/• Experience in business partnering providing a support service internally to business stakehold-ersbr/• Ability to lead change in a cross-functional organizationbr/• Ability to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build strong relationships with key lo-cal and global stakeholdersbr/• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsbr/• Excellent English language skillsbr/• Solid knowledge on data, digital, and technology topics and a quick learnerbr/• Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologiesbr/• Flexibility to travel to countries/regions where necessary /pppbbLocations /b /b /p /pZurich, SwitzerlandpbBase Salary Range: /b /pCHF159,300.00 -
