About the Role
Become a key player in the Solutions division, driving risk consulting projects from go-to-market strategies to portfolio segmentation. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team delivering tailored, data-driven solutions to our clients. You will actively contribute to steering the team's strategy.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants and data scientists across diverse a variety of complex projects.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring both technical excellence and business impact.
• Provide strategic, data-driven insights that shape client decisions and outcomes. .
• Oversee e data discovery and preparation processes, integrating existing tools and proven methodologies.
• Communicate clear and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external clients, including C-level executives to foster collaboration and trust
About the Team
Our Risk Consulting and Analytics focuses on helping clients grow through innovative, analytics-led offerings across the insurance value chain. Based in Zürich, you'll join a global, diverse community with extensive connections throughout EMEA and beyond, combining deep risk expertise with cutting-edge data science.
About You
You are a collaborative, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Must-haves:
• Experience within insurance, consultancy, broking, analytics, or modeling vendors
• Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with the ability to build trust and deliver results
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English
• Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally.
Preferred qualifications:
• Background in actuarial or underwriting work, deep analytics expertise
• Professional certifications (., FSA, FCIA, SAV/DAV)
• Additional European languages are a strong plus
For Switzerland, the base salary range for this position is between CHF 132'000 and CHF 198,000 (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
1. the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
2. the applicant's own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In the situation where you do not meet all the requirements or you significantly exceed these, the offered salary may be below or above the advertised range.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for additional rewards and benefits including an attractive performance-based bonus.
Eligibility may vary depending on the terms of Swiss Re policies and your employment contract.
