Your mission
1. You are responsible for sustainably developing and expanding your network within the life science industry on an operational and strategical level
2. Working as a 360° Recruitment Consultant you are the interface between clients and candidates
3. You organize your business independently and set ambitious goals for yourself
4. You keep up with your network constantly to extend your candidate portfolio and aquire new clients
5. Your communication skills enable you to establish long-term key clients
6. You set an example to other employees through your own performance and play a major role in generating revenue for your team
7. You negotiate contracts with your clients and candidates independently
Your profile
8. You have at least 2 years of experience within the recruitment industry, ideally within the life science area and you can provide a good performance track record
9. You enjoy sales and want to be an example as well as support your team through your own performance
10. You have been successful within the recruitment industry already and you are now willing to establish and keep-up your business with us
11. You are an excellent team player with outstandig communication skills, persuasiveness and a high level of self-motivation
12. You are fluent in French as well as German or English
