PWe are currently looking for strongauditors based in the United States /strong to collaborate with us on a strongneed-to-basis (project-based) engagement /strong. /p pPlease note: Applications from candidates inside united state will be accepted only. /p h2Aufgaben /h2 pPerform audits of halal food / pharma / cosmetic facilities, supply chains, and related processes to ensure compliance with relevant halal and quality standards (e.g., OIC/SMIIC, GSO, SJPH, etc.). /p pEvaluate documentation, procedures, and practices to verify adherence to halal certification requirements. /p pAssess the effectiveness of halal management systems (HMS) and identify areas for improvement. /p pPrepare detailed audit reports, including non-conformities, observations, and recommendations for corrective actions. /p pCommunicate audit findings to clients and provide guidance on achieving and maintaining compliance. /p pOffer technical support and advice to clients on implementing and improving halal systems. /p pVerify that corrective actions have been implemented effectively to address non-conformities. /p pEnsure that certified organizations maintain ongoing compliance with applicable standards. /p pParticipate in training and professional development to maintain auditing competence. /p pWork closely with certification body teams, including other auditors, technical managers, and certification decision-makers. /p pSupport the development and improvement of audit protocols and certification processes. /p pTravel to client sites, which may include domestic and international locations, to conduct on-site audits. /p h2Qualifikation /h2 pMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Agriculture, or a related field /p pAdditional certifications in halal auditing (e.g., lead auditor, FSSC 22000, or equivalent) are highly desirable /p pPrior experience as an halal and/or food quality auditor or in implementing halal and/or food safety management systems /p pIn-depth understanding of halal, halal dietary laws, halal production requirements is a must /p pKnowledge of halal and food safety standards (e.g., GSO, OIC/SMIIC, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, FSSC 22000, etc.). /p pFamiliarity with halal production processes, supply chain management, and regulatory requirements. /p pStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /p pExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions. /p pAttention to detail and the ability to work independently. /p pProficiency in report writing and documentation. /p pEthical and impartial, with a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the certification process. /p pStrong organizational and time management skills. /p pAbility to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. /p pFrequent travel to client sites, including remote or rural locations. /p pFlexible working hours to accommodate audit schedules and client needs. /p pThis role is critical in ensuring that food, Pharma and cosmetic businesses meet the highest standards of halal, safety and quality, thereby protecting consumer health and maintaining trust in the halal supply chain. /pbr
