Are you our new team member who can support us immediately or by arrangement as a Chef de Partie (Koch / Köchin)?
You will work between Monday and Sunday, 5 days a week, in morning, midday, or evening shifts.
Our Menu of Tasks
* Preparation of Mise en Place at your assigned station
* Production of dishes at your assigned station (Entremetier, Garde Manger, Saucier, etc.)
* Ensuring the replenishment along the menu lines
* Reheating / Plating menus during the lunch service
* Assisting with catering, aperitifs, and special events
* Receiving goods and managing the storage
* Contributing ideas for menu design
* Placing orders in the absence of the head chef
* Maintaining cleanliness and order at your station
Your Success Recipe
* Completed basic training as a cook (EFZ)
* 2-5 years of professional experience as a cook
* Good spoken and written German skills
* Enthusiastic "foodie" and connoisseur
* Creative and passionate
