Interim Quality Engineer (6+ months)
The position involves driving quality performance on the shop floor, leading root cause analysis, implementing CAPA, managing escalations, and ensuring compliance with internal and customer standards in close cooperation with production, engineering, and quality teams.
Key Responsibilities
Provide practical quality support directly in production
Analyze quality problems and lead root cause investigations
Drive containment actions and corrective/preventive measures (CAPA)
Manage escalation topics and customer quality issues
Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams
Ensure compliance with quality and customer standards
Support continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications
Several years of experience as Quality Engineer / Quality Specialist in manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong hands‑on experience on the shop floor
Proven ability in operational problem solving
Experience with root cause analysis methods (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)
Strong, proactive personality with ability to drive actions independently
Language Requirements
French: C1 level (mandatory)
English: C1 level (mandatory)

This is not a remote job.
Hybrid model: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
