Location: Grafenauweg 8, 6340 Zug
Starting date: as soon as possible
For our location Zug (ZG) we are looking for a
who thrives in a self-managed role and keeps financial processes running smoothly.
Position
Initially, this is a 16 to 24 hours per week position, but hours may be expanded in the (near) future.
In this versatile role, you will be responsible for:
Purchasing and sales administration.
Process invoices and maintain accurate records.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Collecting and receiving missing data.
Process daily bank transactions.
Support financial management with monthly closings and reporting.
Support financial management with preparing tax returns.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative and financial processes.
You will have regular contact with our international colleagues and suppliers.
We are an international and successful Dutch family business with over 35 years of experience in the rental, sale, repair, and maintenance of ISO tank containers.
We are pursuing an ambitious international growth strategy and are currently building our team in Switzerland. We are seeking for a financial administrative assistant in Switzerland to join our team.

Your experience and education Your accurate, critical, stress-resistant, integer and cost-conscious.
You can work independently but are also a team player.
You have good knowledge of software and Excel.
You have excellent written and spoken German and English.
You have a degree in finance and several years of experience in financial administration.
