Our products are designed to make financial systems more efficient, secure, and robust. /p pWe are seeking a Client Lead, a senior client-facing role responsible for owning client relationships, representing client interests internally, and driving the sale and expansion of Blockstream’s services across enterprise and institutional accounts. /p pOperating within the Service Enterprise Solutions organization, the Client Lead acts as the primary commercial and relationship owner for assigned clients. This role works closely with the Director, Head of Delivery, as well as Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure client needs are understood, prioritized, and translated into successful service engagements. /p pWhile delivery execution and solution architecture are owned by peer roles, the Client Lead is accountable for client satisfaction, account growth, and service adoption, ensuring Blockstream is a trusted long-term partner to its clients. /p h3What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities) /h3 ul liDemonstrate end-to-end ownership of client programs by identifying opportunities, positioning and selling services, and orchestrating cross-functional program teams, to deliver complex engagements from initial scoping through sustained client value. /li liOwn and manage senior client relationships for enterprise and institutional customers across banking, custody, payments, and digital asset environments /li liAct as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests internally across Delivery, Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams /li liEngage clients to identify needs, shape service opportunities, and sell Blockstream’s services, including implementation, integration, and ongoing support /li liPartner with Solutions and Delivery leadership to shape client engagements, ensuring scope, value proposition, and expectations are clearly defined /li liDrive account planning, pipeline development, and service expansion across assigned clients /li liSupport pre-sales and deal shaping activities, including proposal development, pricing discussions, and commercial negotiations /li liEnsure clear alignment between client expectations, contracted scope, and delivery outcomes /li liMonitor client satisfaction, proactively address concerns, and manage escalations in partnership with Delivery leadership /li liCoordinate and lead client governance forums, including steering committees, QBRs, and executive reviews /li liAct as the voice of the client internally, feeding structured feedback into Product, Solutions, and Service teams /li liContribute to go-to-market initiatives, client references, and case studies /li /ul h3What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications) /h3 ul li7-10 years of experience in client management, account management, consulting, or service sales roles within fintech, financial services, or technology infrastructure /li liProven success managing and growing enterprise or institutional client accounts /li liStrong experience selling and managing professional services, platform services, or complex technology solutions /li liDemonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders /li liExperience working in regulated environments such as banking, custody, payments, or capital markets /li liStrong commercial acumen, including deal structuring, pricing, and contract management /li liSelf-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work cross-functionally with technical, delivery, and product teams /li liLanguages: Swiss German, German, and English required; French highly preferred for Geneva market; Italian a plus /li liLocation: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Geneva as primary locations /li /ul h3Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications) /h3 ul liExperience working with blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure platforms /li liBackground in consulting, system integration, or managed services organizations /li liFamiliarity with custody, payments, treasury, or capital markets systems /li liExperience managing multi-year enterprise service engagements /li liInterest in progressing into Director-level client or commercial leadership roles /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
