National Consultant: Communication Expert – EU-ACP Business Friendly Project (Ghana)
Deliverable 1 – May 2026
* Develop and submit a six‑month Communication and Visibility Plan for the ACP Business‑Friendly Programme in Ghana, with a regional dimension covering Liberia and Mozambique.
* Include a review of communication achievements from the previous contract period.
* Include a content calendar aligned with programme milestones and EU visibility requirements.
* Include a distribution and promotion strategy specifying channels for each content type (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, Ghanaian local media, ITC corporate channels).
* Specify roles and coordination arrangements with the regional and ITC A4A communication teams.
* Outline a compliance approach with ITC editorial and visual identity guidelines.
Deliverable 2 – June 2026
* Produce and publish a media and press package to establish project visibility in Ghana.
* Publish a minimum of two written articles in Ghanaian local media outlets covering recent ACP Business‑Friendly project activities.
* Produce a minimum of three short beneficiary testimonial videos (2–3 minutes each), filmed in the field, formatted and captioned for use by ITC communication teams and regional partners.
Note: Routine field photos and raw footage collected during this period feed into Deliverable 4 (the multimedia bank).
Deliverable 3 – July 2026
* Design and deliver a complete set of branded visibility materials for the programme, in compliance with ITC visual identity guidelines.
* Create a series of social media cards optimized for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram covering key programme components (harvesting, post‑harvesting, cooperative development, market access).
* Develop infographic(s) summarising programme results and key data points.
* Produce short visual summaries (1‑page format) for at least two thematic components.
* Submit all materials in editable source formats alongside final exports.
Deliverable 4 – August 2026
* Create and submit a structured, high‑resolution multimedia content bank consolidating all visual assets produced during the contract period to date.
* Include classified and captioned high‑resolution photographs from field missions and programme events.
* Provide edited video clips ready for use by ITC and partner communication teams.
* Organise folders with metadata (date, location, subjects, rights clearance status).
Deliverable 5 – September 2026
* Produce a series of short documentary‑style videos (5–10 minutes each) highlighting distinct thematic components of the programme, using the project's available videography equipment.
* Video 1: Value addition and market access (Ghana focus).
* Video 2: Cooperative strengthening and institutional support to BSOs.
* Video 3: Youth and women's participation in the agribusiness value chain.
Deliverable 6 – October 2026
* Produce a final communication summary report (max. 10 pages) covering:
* Content produced across the contract period.
* Channels and platforms used.
* Reach and engagement data where available.
* Lessons learned.
* Recommendations for the next communication cycle.
