In this role, you will manage and grow key customer relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland while driving new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted commercial partner, identifying market needs and translating them into tailored solutions. The position combines strategic account management with hands‑on sales activities and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and expanding existing customer relationships across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
* Driving new business development and overseeing the full acquisition cycle from first contact to contract closure
* Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities and trends within the customer landscape
* Assessing client requirements and developing tailored commercial concepts
* Supporting budget planning and contributing to sales forecasts
* Representing the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings
* Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and contacts within the CRM system (Salesforce)
Candidate Profile
* Commercial or scientific background with further training in sales; university degree is an advantage
* Several years of experience in B2B sales or project management within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
* Established network within the DACH customer landscape is desirable
* Open‑mind, motivated personality with strong learning agility and drive
* Excellent customer orientation with strong negotiation and closing skills
* Proficiency in German and English
* Willingness to travel approx. 30–40% within the DACH region
