Psychologist & Specialist in Safe Environments (50%)To strengthen its teams, Institut Le Châtelard Les Avants SA is looking for a:Psychologist & Specialist in Safe EnvironmentsUnder the direction of the Academy, you will contribute to the implementation of a preventive psycho-pedagogical approach aimed at supporting students in their personal, emotional, and academic development. You will also actively participate in the promotion of a safe, respectful, and caring environment, in accordance with the values of the institution and protection policies.Main missions- Conduct psycho-pedagogical assessments of students.- Analyze interviews as well as psychometric results, draft reports, and formulate recommendations for teaching teams, admissions, and families.- Participate in case discussions to ensure consistency with the Academy's model.- Provide individual and collective preventive psycho-pedagogical support for students.- Detect, prevent, and intervene in sensitive or at-risk situations (distress, conflicts, harassment, etc.).- Coordinate follow-ups with external professionals as well as with psychologists from the students' countries of origin when necessary.- Collaborate closely with teaching teams and educators to implement socio-emotional development programs.- Be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and promotion of the Academy's living together well policy.Profile- Bachelor's degree in psychology, psycho-pedagogy, or an equivalent field. Master's degree in school or clinical psychology or a related field (desired).- Experience in supporting adolescents and in the prevention of sensitive situations.- Excellent listening, analysis, and intervention skills.- Ability to work in a team.- Keen sense of confidentiality and impeccable professional ethics.- Intercultural sensitivity; good knowledge of the culture is an important asset.- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written; good knowledge of Spanish is an asset.- Position intended for a woman, in accordance with the institution's environment.- Clean criminal record required.- Clean special criminal record required.Conditions- 50% position - 20 hours/week- Presence from Monday to Friday- Start date: September 1stThis position reports to the management team and involves close collaboration with the various academic departments of the institution, as well as with teaching and boarding teams.
