Sales Manager Switzerland/International - Dental
Location: Switzerland (Hybrid)
Travel: 60% travel in Switzerland, 40% either in-office (Thurgau) or travel in ROW (Europe except DACH)

Tasks:
Market and competition monitoring.
Competent advice and support for existing and new customers.
Data maintenance of all activities in the CRM system.
Intensifying existing customer relationships and systematically expanding the potential of our existing and new customers.
Presenting innovative products and training users.
Actively acquiring new system users (dentists, maxillofacial and oral surgeons).
Providing impetus for the further development of our innovative products based on user feedback.
Accompanying/assisting new customers with their first operations (on request).
Supporting the VP Business Development and New Markets with strategic and operational tasks.
Assisting in the development of new and international markets.
Preparation and support for trade fairs and international meetings.
Support in the development and implementation of international projects.
Your Profile:
Completed (dental) medical, dental technical and/or commercial vocational training or studies.
Relevant experience in the dental industry.
Highly motivated with strong communication skills and customer-oriented.
Careful and structured way of working with initiative and persuasiveness.
Reliable with a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
High motivation and ability to work in a team.
Good IT skills in the MS Office environment and knowledge of working with a CRM system are desirable.
Very good and business fluent written and spoken English; other foreign languages an advantage (e.g. Spanish, Italian or French).
A valid driving license.
Willing to travel and support customers at congresses and training courses on an irregular basis including weekends.
