Responsibilities
Perform warehouse duties as guided by Lead Operator:
* Stage truck loads, scan loads, and load/unload trucks receive materials, and put the materials in appropriate locations
* Operate the filling line, load and unload filling line. Transfer product into alternate containers
* Perform all UPS receipts and prepare outbound UPS shipments. Perform Maintenance tasks as guided by Lead Operator
* Work with team members to ensure designated service level is achieved and notify Lead Operator if service level is, or could be, compromised
* Responsible to report any non-conformance or EHS-incidents or near misses, to Lead Operator, ESHQ Manager and Plant Manager
* Responsible for housekeeping, 5S and KPIs (OTIF, safety, etc). Perform any other task assigned by management
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Warehouse experience (at least 1 year)
* Some maintenance experience preferred
* Physical requirements: lifting (55 lbs.), bending, climbing ladders, riding forklifts
* Possess basic computer skills: Outlook and Word
* Forklift trained preferred
* Ability to work well with others as part of a team
* Strong work ethic
* Compliance with OSHA
* Be a self-starter and take initiative
* Demonstrate ability to perform all assigned tasks without errors, within allocated time
