Ph3Your impact at TWINT /h3 ul liMaintain TWINT Scheme Rules and Regulations (Rulebooks) and ensure the Members compliance to the Scheme principals /li liProactively engage with the Members to anticipate forthcoming new rules and changes to existing rules /li liIntroduce and manage Scheme Member Non-Compliance Framework /li liIntroduce and manage Arbitration Board /li liWork side-by-side with the regulatory team and other parties (e.g. Issuer-Acquirer-Board, TGA Working Group, Arbitration Board, etc.) to understand existing regulations and forthcoming changes which are relevant for the TWINT Scheme /li liMaintain an accurate Risk Management of the Acquirers (HRMCE) to control the exposure of the Scheme /li liMonitor global scheme trends and industry developments, deriving actionable insights to expand TWINT’s strategic latitude. /li liLead Rulebook Stream in Projects /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liExperience in Scheme Management in a 4 Party Model and in the payment field in general; good understanding of issuing and acquiring models /li liHaving a degree at a University, FH or HF is an advantage /li li3-5 years of experience as Scheme Manager or in a similar role /li liAbility to understand the Product, regulatory context and work with IT and Product experts as well as understand Risk Management /li liAbility to work well under pressure and to actively drive change by communicating a clear direction for all stakeholders and business units /li liSound knowledge of project management principles to ensure Scheme related projects are delivered on time and meet the needs of the Confident and flexible – keen to work in a constantly changing environment /li liExcellent knowledge of German and English and great MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
