To support our Quality Team, we are looking for our offices in Yverdon-les-Bains, Switzerland for a:
PURPOSE
The purpose of the role is to represent the Quality department in transport projects by: Guaranteeing methodological rigor in the development plan and coordinating all qualities activities within the project teams.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure that development standards are met.
* Ensure that the customer requirements are transcribed at all stages of the project.
* Anticipate and identify all risks associated with products and processes in projects and manage corrective action plans until the problem is resolved (PDCA).
* Ensure consistency between product and process characteristics, participate to D-FMEA / P-FMEA and control plans.
* Interface with customer/supplier on all incidents with 8D/PDCA completion.
* Prepare the customers’ qualifications for the product (FAI, PPAP).
* Conducts internal audits
* Conducts supplier’s audits if needed.
* Follows-up specific opened item list in accordance with his manager’s priorities.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
* Quality, Mechanical or Electrical engineer (HES/EPF) with additional training in Quality management.
* Strong ability to read and understand technical drawings (mechanical, electrical).
* At least 5 years of experience in Quality or project development in an industrial environment.
* Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO TS 22163.
* Strong knowledge and experience to use the main Quality tools: 8D, D-FMEA, P-FMEA, PPAP, FAI.
* Project Management Professional (PMP) training or equivalent is an asset.
* Training of auditors (internal, suppliers).
