Candidate Profile:
* Completed vocational training in IT with some professional experience
* Good communication skills and solution-oriented mindset
* Resilient, team player, responsible
* Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows, Mobile Device Management, IT security (preferred)
* Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
* Fluent in German (spoken and written); French skills are a plus
