This strategic role is central to advancing therapies by harnessing data science and translational methodologies to improve patient outcomes in cardiovascular, renal, and haematological diseases.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a Translational Framework including both forward and reverse translational approaches to refine research strategies and enhance clinical development pathways.Lead and mentor a diverse team of cell biologists and biochemists to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.Lead translational research of preclinical findings into clinical applications, ensuring scientific discoveries are developed into therapeutic solutions.Oversee the planning, execution, budget and reporting of translational science projects.Your ExperienceIndustry experience across one or more of the following areas – haematology, cardiovascular and/or renal.Proven leader with an ability to lead, motivate and drive successful research programs from bench to clinic.Evidence of contribution to the development of drug candidates.Experience working with external partners in clinical translational science, academia and other industry groups.Understanding of bioinformatics tools, data analysis techniques, and translational research methodologies.Apply now to join a global biotherapeutics leader leading the way on serious and rare diseases!BenefitsWe encourage you to make your well‑being a priority.
