Overview
We are looking for Sales Representative to join Mars Wrigley Field team. SR will be responsible for managing customers in his/her region, ensuring product availability and visibility in line with our merchandising standards, supporting promotional activities, and leading a small team of merchandisers. He/she will cooperate closely with DSM (LM) and colleagues, negotiate product placements with customers, and contribute to both individual and team success.
What are we looking for?
Essential requirements:
* Proven sales mindset and customer-oriented approach
* Strong communication skills and professional appearance
* Responsibility, reliability, and ability to work independently
* Active driving license (category B) and driving experience
Nice-to-have:
* Previous sales experience in FMCG
* Knowledge of English
What will be key responsibilities?
* Ensure product availability and merchandising standards in the assigned region
* Negotiate and secure product placements and support promotional activities with customers
* Lead, motivate, and coordinate a team of merchandisers
* Report regularly on sales activities and results within the region
