* Talent and Employee Engagement: Develop strategies to build local engagement, focusing on compensation and benefits, talent and learning & development.
* Recruitment and Retention: Ensure locations attract and retain the necessary talent by implementing high-volume recruitment processes and attrition management tools.
* Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to strategic initiatives, projects, and mergers and acquisitions as required.
* European Works Council (EWC): Manage and co-chair the EWC and associated requirements.
* Stakeholder Management: Work across the matrix organization with business and HR teams to drive collaboration and mutual understanding.
* Service Delivery: Oversee hire-to-retire processes through company systems, policies, and processes.
* HR Leadership: Lead a team of HR staff across the region, evolving and improving services continuously.
* Councils and Unions: Support negotiation and agreement processes with councils, unions, and other organized bodies.
* Safety and Security: Partner with the business to ensure employee safety and security in different regions.
* Customer Experience: Enhance the customer experience and deliver consistent HR service excellence across all regions.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and Global Regional HR teams to deliver innovative services and improvements.
