Working Schedule
* 24-hour contract
* 3 days per week
* 8 hours per day with a 1-hour break
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office Services
* Welcome visitors and staff; issue badges and maintain visitor logs
* Prepare materials for new starters
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail (post and courier services)
* Organize parking facilities and taxi bookings
* Distribute internal documents and publications
* Perform general clerical tasks (filing, word processing, mailings, office equipment use)
Office Security & Health & Safety
* Support the client’s Security & Safety Concept
* Participate in emergency procedures, drills, and required training
General Services & Administration
* Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, consumables, etc.)
* Support procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies
* Report and follow up on complaints, repairs, and service requests with FM Support
* Attend weekly reception team meetings (Basel / Zürich)
Qualifications & Experience
Required
* Good general education
* Languages: English and German (additional languages are a plus)
* Strong computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
* Previous experience in a reception, front desk, or hotel environment
