Your Tasks
1. You execute store allocations for new season launches and promotions.
2. You manage replenishment logic based on sales rates, capacity, and size profiles.
3. You maintain and update distribution parameters (min/max, cluster rules, templates).
4. You monitor store stock levels and identify over‑/under‑stock situations.
5. You recommend and execute stock transfers, consolidations, and rebalancing.
6. You inform Buyers and Planners on allocation constraints and opportunities.
7. You track performance at store and SKU level.
8. You provide stores with updates on deliveries and product availability.
9. You capture store feedback on product opportunity or gaps.
10. You maintain allocation workflows within the merchandising system.
11. You ensure accuracy of store clusters, size curves, and stock parameters.
12. You work with Supply Chain on delivery timings and readiness.
your profile
13. You have a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
14. You have 1–3 years of experience in allocation, replenishment, or merchandising support.
15. You have experience with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, preferably in a retail or consumer goods / fashion environment.
16. You have strong numerical and analytical skills.
17. You have high attention to detail as well as strong organization and prioritization capability.
18. You speak German, French and / or Englisch.
