Main ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor the ink development team, promoting ownership, accountability, and continuous learningDrive formulation, testing, and troubleshooting of inkjet ink products using strong chemical and application expertiseUse data-driven insights to propose product and process improvementsManage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with business goalsCollaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Customer Service, and Sales to meet market and technical needsMaintain strong communication with customers and suppliers, managing relationships and regulatory complianceSupport smooth lab-to-production transfers, including audits and scale-up activities.Oversee lab safety and chemical systems, contributing to company-wide compliance effortsPromote and implement new technologies and methodologies (e.g., DOE) to enhance developmentSource advanced raw materials in collaboration with suppliersWhat You Need to Be SuccessfulBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field5+ years of experience in ink development, inkjet formulation, or related R&D functionsExperience leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projectsStrong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internal and externalFamiliarity with regulatory compliance, customer audits, and production handover processesInkjet background is a plusExperience with design of experiments (DOE) and statistical analysisKnowledge of chemical safety, lab-scale operations, and HSE systemsExperience working with customers and suppliers.Proficiency in German and EnglishJoin the team!
