Seek and collaborate with internal (legal, tax, compliance, credit, investment expert, etc.) and/or external services based on the client's needs in order to define an investment strategy and offer investment, financing, and saving solutions that meet the client's needs and comply with the bank's commercial policy. Maintain and ensure follow-up on commercial relationships through regular contact with clients (phone, visits, events, etc.) to keep them informed of their financial and tax situation, foster their loyalty in order to accompany them throughout their lives and thus create opportunities for development while ensuring compliance with client standards (KYC, AML, MIFID, etc.), monitoring transactions (KYT) according to the bank's procedures to adhere to regulations and preserve the bank's good reputation. Develop the existing client base, identify new business entry and development opportunities in order to acquire new clients and manage prospects that come to the bank to establish a commercial relationship. You encourage collaboration within the bank by developing and transferring your clients to other segments and involving specialists.Stay informed of current events (economic, tax, etc.) and trends to possess the knowledge to meet clients' needs and advise them effectively.ProfileYou have a solid banking background (university, higher education, or vocational qualification) ideally complemented by a SAQ CWMA, and you have confirmed experience in wealth management. You are able to identify and prospect new clients through your entrepreneurial spirit and knowledge of the socio-economic landscape in Fribourg. You possess excellent communication skills, have a good sense of responsibility, and a positive attitude, valuing teamwork.
