Job Description
Johnson & Johnson Orthopaedics TECA and Sports Supply Chain, a member of the MedTech sector, is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager to be located in Raritan, NJ, West Chester, PA or Raynham, MA. Other DePuy Synthes locations in Zuchwil and Zug Switzerland, as well as Palm Beach Gardens, FL, will also be considered.
Job Summary
The Senior Program Manager will report to the Director, SI&D for TECA and Sports Supply Chain, and lead cross-functional teams in the execution and implementation of large scale supply chain initiatives for new capabilities, portfolio changes and/or compliance related projects.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure effective Program Management of key strategic projects – with appropriate process controls, metrics, and stakeholder updates. Partner closely with Finance to ensure financial planning and tracking is in place for projects when applicable.
Manage initiatives effectively, timely, and on budget while minimizing any impact to base business, customer service and employee engagement.
Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.
Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.
Lead team to deliver all business case objectives. Challenge the team to be a high performing team that identifies solutions to exceed elements of the business case benefits.
Ensure local change management and commitment to the program goals is in place at each impacted site and function.
Sets the standard for timeliness, work ethic, and personal integrity.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead a cross-functional global teams
Ability to develop individuals within an organization is required
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks is required
Working knowledge of end to end product supply and distribution, and MRP/ERP systems is strongly preferred
Ability to work in ambiguity within a complex environment is strongly preferred
Experience in relationship development, conflict resolution, team building, and customer centric approach is strongly preferred
Project management experience is preferred
Product cost management and budget management is preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000 - $207,000
