To complement our teams in our building in Boudry, we are looking for a: Product Development Project Manager YOUR MISSIONS: In direct connection with the Product Development Manager, you will lead new product development projects by coordinating the activities of various internal departments (quality, methods, production, logistics, etc.). As the main contact for clients throughout the development process, you will ensure technical feasibility, quality compliance, and adherence to deadlines. You will also drive continuous improvement in the development process, risk analysis, and feedback collection. MAIN TASKS: Project management: Analyze client needs and draft specifications Plan, organize, and monitor the progress of projects Coordinate internal and external teams Follow technical documents (plans, tooling, control ranges, industrial feasibility and transition to production) and project meetings Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders Ensure consistency throughout the development process Continuous improvement and risk management: Identify critical points and propose solutions Implement corrective or preventive actions Capitalize on feedback to improve processes Qualifications: Higher technical education (HES, engineer, technician) Minimum of 5 years of experience in the watchmaking field, ideally in the dial sector, with an excellent grasp of its technical and aesthetic specificities, as well as knowledge of quality processes and constraints Proficiency in project management tools and common software (Excel, M-Files, Power BI…) KEY SKILLS: Hard skills: Strong technical and industrial culture Mastery of development processes and good analytical and synthesis skills Soft skills: Cross-functional leadership and decision-making skills Autonomous, rigorous, adaptable WE OFFER: A stimulating work environment, a quality-oriented corporate culture, and a team engaged in varied and promising projects.
