The Opportunity
As the global process owner you will set global standards, policies and KPIs, ensuring consistent ways of working, high data quality and alignment with strategic and financial objectives, while owning the full S&O P cycle, inventory strategy, supporting systems and cross‑functional collaboration.
Hybrid Working
We recognize the importance of balancing work and home life. This role offers a remote working solution, with a minimum of 1 day per quarter in the local office (Switzerland, Ireland, Netherlands, UK, Japan or US).
Key Responsibilities
Own the global end‑to‑end S&O P and inventory management framework.
Define and maintain global S&O P and inventory policies, segmentation rules, target‑setting methods and parameter governance for safety stocks, reorder points and lead times.
Lead execution and continuous improvement of the full S&O P/IBP cycle – demand, supply, scenario planning, executive reviews – to align with financial plans and strategic priorities.
Establish, track and improve key KPIs for service, forecast accuracy, plan adherence, inventory levels and obsolescence, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
Act as primary process owner for planning and inventory systems and tools, defining business requirements and prioritizing enhancements.
Govern global process adherence through audit and assessment frameworks and challenge local deviations.
Champion global improvement and capability‑building initiatives: standardisation, automation, advanced analytics, training, best‑practice sharing and communication to senior leadership.
Essential Knowledge & Experience
Extensive, progressive experience in supply chain planning, leadership of regional and global planning teams.
Deep expertise in demand, supply and inventory planning, strong track record implementing IBP/S&O P frameworks.
Strong end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge across manufacturing, logistics, and procurement interfaces.
High proficiency with advanced planning and ERP systems (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP, Anaplan, or equivalents).
Proven success leading transformation initiatives that optimise planning processes and improve service, cost and working capital.
Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills – fluent in English, additional languages and moderate travel are assets.
Preferred Experience
APICS certification (CSCP or CPIM).
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.

Permanant, full‑time position.
