Job Description As an HR Project Manager, you will play an important role in guiding our organization through the HR transformation journey as we implement a new Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Acting as a bridge between HR domains, business stakeholders, and technology, you will support design, implementation, drive adoption, and ensure business value delivery while helping to build a future-ready HR ecosystem that benefits every employee. This role reports into the HR Digital Manager. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Lead and support HR transformation initiatives that align business priorities, HR strategy, and digital solutions. • Partner with HR teams and affiliates to design future-ready processes and employee journeys, ensuring a strong focus on employee experience in all transformation efforts. • Serve as a strategic advisor in solution design, ensuring compliance, governance, and alignment with the HR vision. • Champion change and stakeholder engagement to embed new ways of working and accelerate adoption across the organization. • Represent business needs in technology decisions, collaborating closely with IT teams to ensure solutions deliver measurable value. • Oversee readiness and quality assurance for HR solutions and lead continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal policies while maintaining clear process governance. • Contribute to shaping the HR transformation roadmap, aligning it with the overall People & Organization strategy.
