Position Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of the risk-based AML Systems and Data QA testing plan, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
2. Collaborate with Asia Segment and Global Functions Compliance to apply risk analysis, data analytics, and process understanding in QA activities.
3. Communicate root causes of identified issues and associated risks, and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements.
4. Deliver high-quality AML Systems and QA reports, focusing on key risks, root causes, and potential solutions, while ensuring timely reporting of QA statuses.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging risks, manage controls, and support senior management in achieving business objectives.
Required Qualifications
6. 4-6 years of experience in leading IT risk-based audits (e.g., IT Application Controls and IT General Controls), managing teams, interacting with key stakeholders, and handling negotiation situations.
7. Experience in handling AML compliance team
8. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Accountancy, Business, or related fields.
9. Possesses experience in people and stakeholder management
10. Strong leadership skills and professional knowledge in AML Compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
11. Experience in IT Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance, preferably in AML.
12. Familiarity with IT auditing tools and software is advantageous.
13. Knowledge of AML Risk Management tools and systems (e.g., Bridger, AML Manager) and familiarity with COBIT or similar standards is a plus.
14. Certifications such as Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are considered an added advantage.
